The hotel was close to the highway and was easy to reach. It was at the quite and peaceful location. Shell gastation, Pulix grocery store and some restuarants were next to it. The room was newly renovated and was very clean with good design, practical and sleek. The bed was very comfotable and the white sheets were new and clean. Outside and garage parking were free. The complimentary breakfast is very basic and good. I ended up booking another night with this hotel and canceled the original booking for the back home trip. Meggie at the front desk helped me booking the room for the back home trip. All the people at the front desk were very friendly. Strongly recommemded it.

The property was very modern, the facilities were excellent and it was clean. The bed were comfortable and the pillow were great! The staff were some of the friendliest I've seen. Particularly a gentleman who was on the desk quite late at night. Our flight was delayed so we checked in around 1am. The property was nicer than I expected having previously stayed in a holiday in. And only a few ££ more expensive than some of the budget motels nearby. It's worth spending a little more to stay here more comfortably.

The staff was fantastic! Terri was very pleasant and so helpful and informative! Everything, from the parking garage to the check-in area to the room, was spotless! The rates were very reasonable and the room was great with a very comfortable king size bed, great lighting, very spacious, just overall GREAT!! Quiet location, and just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions !We will definitely stay here when we go back to Franklin!!!

Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms were great. Refrigerator that actually worked and in room microwave and coffee. Bathrooms that were clean and amply supplied. Excellent breakfast that had something for everyone and staff that replenished the food so everyone got to eat through out the entire breakfast.

The staff was very friendly the minute we walked in the door. We love the soap dispensers in the shower and items available to make our stay easier. We loved the lounge area, and the feel of the hotel was wonderful. The decor and furniture were classy and inviting. Our room was spacious and big enough for 5 adults to move comfortably. The wonderful breakfast before we departed was yummy. We travel a lot as a family, and we even appreciated the larger, more manageable luggage carts.

Everything was clean and new. Staff was friendly and it was conveniently located. Was able to check in and access everything I needed. Liked having a mircowave and a fridge since I was there for work.

Friendly, clean and VG plumbing fixtures. Lighting was nice with dimming lamp and backlighting on bath mirror and above beds. Basement parking garage was great as we loaded and departed during a big storm.

Love the place! I’ve stayed a couple times now and it’s always worth coming back to. The pricing and quality of the room is unbeatable. That staff is amazing and always there to help when needed.

Breakfast was great. Evening/night Front Desk guy Zack was welcoming, hospitable. Gave me recommendations of local places. This is a great alternative to staying in downtown Nashville where it's congested, $100./night more wherever you stay, and the Fentanyl addicts are sprawled out on the sidewalks. Downtown historic Franklin is a sublime area to shop and walk. Relaxing. Got my hair done. Good Greek restaurant. Free parking. Room was very comfortable, clean, etc.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and it is a wonderful property. It is easy to get to and was close to the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. Also really like the underground parking option.
